John K Whitehead & Associates, Executive Coach, provides Leadership and Personal Development Coaching

John K. Whitehead & Associates was formed in 2014 to provide coaching to both individuals and organizations who are interested in exploring how to improve the way they communicate, understand and work with each other. For over thirty years john has used and taught the SOCIAL STYLE model® in his leadership roles. He has seen how it has positively impacted individuals and organizations, significantly improving employee engagement, increased productivity.and reduced turnover.

John Whitehead MA. PCC. CEC. is an experienced leader, facilitator and certified coach with over 40 years of senior leadership and management experience. John started his sales career at 16 yrs of age selling Fuller Brush door-to-door. At 18, John became the youngest store manager Kinney Shoes of Canada had appointed.
Over the years John has experienced various sales management experiences from retail to direct sales, selling both tangible and intangibles. John has held senior operational positions with national organizations achieving significant recognition for his results.

In 2010 John decided to return to school and in 2012 graduated from Royal Roads University, Victoria, BC with an MA in Leadership. John describes himself as a continuous learner, motivated to learn more so that he can better help others achieve their goals. Since 2012 John has become a certified instructor in Tracom’s SOCIAL STYLE® and Versatility process, has a level one certification with Hogan Assessments, a L3 (Expert) Points of You® facilitator, and is a level one facilitator and LPI coach with The Leadership Challenge®.  John is also a certified coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. In 2015 John completed the Certified Executive Coach program (CEC) at Royal Roads University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).  John has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Management at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus  teaching Leadership Studies, and is currently an instructor and corporate trainer with Okanagan College.

 

Nikki Attwell is an independent graphic designer and owner of her own small business servicing the arts community. Nikki began  ringing in 1977, and since then has been a member of four choirs in three provinces. She was a charter member of the Bellissima Ringers handbell quartet in London, Ontario and rang with them for seven years (1997-2004) before returning to British Columbia. Highlights of those years were the quartet’s appearance in concert with the semi-professional brass ensemble, BRASSROOTS, performances at Guelph Fest and at the Stratford Summer Music Festival, and playing the handbell part in a Toronto production, broadcast nationally on CBC-TV, of Benjamin Britten’s Noye’s Fludde. Now living in the Okanagan Valley, Nikki directs the Alleluia Ringers handbell choir in Kelowna, gets her summer ringing “fix” at the Bay View Week of Handbells in Michigan, and is a past president of BCGEHR, as well as its newsletter editor.
