You’ve defined the problem, generated many ideas, analyzed them, and narrowed the list down to just a few strong options.
Now it’s time to decide: Which solution — or combination of solutions — should we actually move forward with?
In this video, we’ll look at how to do a final analysis, how to use a tool called Paired Comparison Analysis, and how to anticipate potential problems before implementation.
