In this weeks Vlog post I start to build the case for understanding and recognizing our own biases and how they are reflected in who we are as a leader. It is a short vlog, but I ask you to answer the question I asked in the previous vlog post, where are your biases? How might they show up for you as a leader? Does the organization you are part of have a Diversity & Inclusion policy, and then answering, how aligned you are to it.
