In this week’s video blog post I reflect on the reaction that my 4th year faculty of management university students had to a questionnaire on the Characteristics of Admired Leaders (Kouzes & Posner, 2014).
In their leadership book, The Leadership Challenge (Wiley, 2017), Kouzes and Posner describe what people look for and admire in their leaders. I did I similar survey with students in my leadership class at UBCO and found some interesting and significant differences.
